Hyderabad: Information Technology and Panchayat Raj Minister K Taraka Rama Rao on Wednesday held discussions with a delegation from Dubai. In the meeting he sought the cooperation of the Gulf nation in transforming the new State into ‘Bangaru Telangana’ (golden State) through smart cities. Rao is understood to have discussed about government’s plans to construct smart cities in Telangana State with eminent businessmen from Dubai.
