Applications invited for textile awards
The ministry of textiles has invited applications from master craftspersons for National Award-2014 and Shilp Guru Award-2014. The ministry informed that craftspersons above 35 years and having 10 years of experience are eligible for the National Award-14. For the Shilp Guru Award, the applicant should be a national awardee or State awardee or master craftsperson with age not less than 55 years with 20 years of experience in the field of handicrafts. The last date for submission of entries is March 31.
